Identity Verification Policy

We are obliged to ensure that our customers are who they say they are and that they are aged 18 or over. We take our responsibility to ensure compliance with this identity and age verification process very seriously.

By opening an account you confirm that:

  • You are 18 years of age or over;

  • You have provided Your correct name and residence details;

  • You agree that we may perform verification checks;

  • You do not hold other existing accounts on our site;

  • You are the legitimate owner of the money You have deposited into Your account.

  • You agree that we may use, record and disclose Your personal information and that these data may be recorded, as - wherever possible- we use a third party to confirm Your age, address and/or payment details. For further information please see our Privacy Policy.

You may be requested to send some proof of identity or residence for processing withdrawal requests, fraud prevention, country restrictions checks, payment method queries and bonus entitlement verification, these are only some examples as we reserve the right to request the documentation to comply with the identity verification process at any time.

While Verification Checks are being performed, restrictions may be put in place (e.g. prevent the withdrawal of funds and/or prevent access to our Platform). This is to satisfy our licence obligations and safeguard Your account.

We usually complete the identity verification process within 72 hours of the receiving of your proof of identity. If - for any reason - this process cannot be performed within 72 hours, We reserve the right to:

  • freeze Your account;

  • prevent You from playing on our platform till the process is completed;

  • ask additional documents to accomplish with the identity verification process.

If, upon completion of Identity verification process, we are unable to verify Your details or You are unable and/or unwilling to provide proof of residence, or other information required within a reasonable time, We reserve the right to:

  • close Your account;

  • return any residual balance at the time of the unsuccessful verification - winnings will NOT be credited.

If, upon completion of Identity verification process, You are proven to be Underage, We reserve the right to:

  • close Your account;

  • return any residual balance at the time of the unsuccessful verification - winnings will NOT be credited. Amounts already withdrawn will be deducted from the amount returned.

Identity and Age Verification - accepted documents

  • Passport

  • Driving Licence

  • Any other government issued ID's.

Identity and Age Verification - additional documents

  • Identity Document held by customer: a photo of the account holder holding the submitted ID document.

  • Front and back of Bank Card - a photo/copy with the first 6 digits and the last 4 digits of the card number visible. The CVV number (3 digit code) on the reverse should be masked. Signature must be visible.

Proof of Residence - accepted documents

  • Bank Statement

  • Tax Letter

  • Utility Bill

Proof of Residence - additional documents

  • Bank or savings account statement

  • Credit or store card statement

  • Mortgage statement

  • House or Motor Insurance Certificate

  • Student Finance Awards letter

  • HM Revenue and Customs Awards Letter

  • TV licence, landline telephone or mobile phone statement

  • Council Tax statement

  • P60 (P45 and wage slips not accepted)

All the documents accepted for Identity Verification should show name, address and photo of the customer. It is acceptable to mask any personal data not relevant for identity veirifcation porpuse (e.g. transaction details on a bank statement). Moreover, these documents are acceptable, providing they meet the following criteria:

  • All documents: good quality that can be read and checked easily

  • All documents: the edges of the documents must be visible

  • Bank statement/Tax letter/Utility bill: issued within the last 3 months

  • Bank statement/Tax letter/Utility bill: official header from the company providing the document

  • Photos: taken on a flat surface, with no flash
